Garden Picnic Ideas
Speaking of summer, most people get excited about picnics and dining outdoors. No matter what time of day it is, you can always spend some time in your garden for family breakfast, some afternoon reading or a barbecue with friends and families. These tips will help you to extend your space into the garden, while improving overall image of your garden.
1. Dine outdoors.
By the arrival of May, spring flowers bloom and the nature returns to growing mode. Mother Earth has many surprises for us!
2. Make it memorable.
The best thing about a picnic is sitting beside the shepherd’s hut. The space itself catches a lot of sunlight, but if a sudden rainfall occurs you can jump inside until it stops!
3. Work on details.
Picnics are usually informal gatherings but it doesn’t stop you from adding pleasant touches. A good example is tying napkins with lavender and raffia.
4. Add fascinating details.
There are various details to add to a design; from natural flowers beside windows to aesthetic lamps and a couple of sculptures around the place. The final image will be satisfying.
5. Set the scene.
For walled gardens, you can use some throws, cushions and silverware to create a formal alfresco dining space.
6. Add some natural colors.
Pinkish hues bring elegance and create an eye-catching image along with the spring greens.
